Foundray Capital structures development finance facilities through a network of specialist lenders, with each transaction assessed on its fundamentals — the site, planning position, build costs and projected end value. Facilities are typically underpinned by Gross Development Value (GDV), enabling experienced developers to undertake projects without committing disproportionate levels of equity.
Funding is released in staged drawdowns, aligned to construction progress and verified by an independent monitoring surveyor. This ensures the project remains funded, controlled and on schedule throughout the build programme.
